I have started using a new format for digitized books. In the past I was stripping out the page numbers. I am experimenting with keeping the page numbers in the online books so it will be easier to find the material in a printed book. It also helps when you have to cite your source and only have access to the online version. It should be fairly straight forward. Page numbers are in blue, footnotes are in green. All the page numbers have anchors that are in the following format "#p.x" where x = page number.

Started the DCL over from scratch because my web host removed my original due to issues with space and bandwidth. I will try to find a new host when time permits. This does give me a chance to proofread my files some more and more importantly ensure that there are correctly formatted to the html standards. This is going to be a long process as I had over 100 MB of text in the original DCL with about 2 GB's that I had not got around to adding.
