Q. What does DCL stand for?

A. The acronym 'DCL' stands for Digital Christian Library.

Q. What is the purpose of the DCL?

A. The purpose of the DCL is to provide a large body of books in electronic format, so they may be easily read and distributed.  The books are on the topics of religion, philosophy, ethics, history, literature, and other related topics.  As many books are spread out across the Internet, the DCL is also an archive of books in a central location.

Q. How long has the DCL been around.

A. It all started November 24, 2001.

Q.  I found a book on your site that has nothing to do with Christianity, why is that?

A. Sometimes I post just what ever I want to.  If I found it interesting, or thought that someone else might find it so, I just post it.  I'm a nice guy, what can I say?

Q. What are your long term goals?

A. Check this page for a list of some of my long term projects.

Q. What is B.C.E. and C.E.?

A. That is Before Common Era and Common Era. It is the same as B.C. (Before Christ) and A.D. (Anno Domini -- 'Year of our Lord' as is said in Latin, not After Death as some believe) but is sometimes used by non-Christian or non-Western authors.
