Apologetics

C.A.R.M. - Christian Apologetics Research Ministry.  A website geared more towards combating religious movements with Christianity.  If you need some information on Mormonism or Jehovah's Witnesses check this website out.

Christian Thinktank, A - Glenn Millers website, a defense of Christianity from a more philosophical point of view than other websites on the Internet.  Very informative and thought provoking in many instances.

Tekton Apologetics Ministries - by James Patrick Holding.  An encyclopedia of Bible difficulties and contradictions answered.  Each answer is researched very well and longer articles has a list of works cited and further reading material.  Not for the humor impaired however.

Bible Information

Bible Researcher - the ministry of Michael Marlowe, this website has an extensive section on English translations of the Bible, with reviews, verse examples, the history of a translation, and the technical aspects of the translation.  There is also an online Greek New Testament with variants that is a work in progress.

Copyright Renewal

Michael Lesk's Database - A searchable database of the 1923-1964 United States government copyright renewals.

Digital Library Projects

Christian Classics Ethereal Library - the brain child of Harry Plantinga, the CCEL hosts hundreds of works considered to be classics.  Because of this the library is far from comprehensive in some areas, but most of the books are spiritually sustaining.  The Church Fathers section is particularly useful.

Internet Sacred Texts Archive - the result of over five years of work by J.B. Hare.  He hosts material on just about every religion and philosophy known to man.  If you need to find some primary sources about a little known religion, chances are it is probably here.  He has also kindly hosted several books I have scanned off.

General

John Eliot's The Christian Commonwealth - a book on political theocracy by the so-called "Apostle to the Indians."

Podcasts (i.e. Internet Radio Stations)

Dead White Guys - serialized audio broadcasts of classic Christian material.

Used Books

Abebooks - This is the place where I get a lot of the old books that I scan.  Best prices and a lot of older material you can not find on Amazon.
